Rosewood Centre Meeting 24th April 2015

This week we are looking forward to welcoming Adele Bryan the new General Manager from AMH (Adult Mental Health) LS (Local services) into our meeting.

Rosewood has worked with Adele in the past when she worked at Rampton Hospital as the Modern Matron/ Senior Nurse Mental Health and National Learning Disability Directorate. Adele will be talking about her new role and how we can link in with Involvement activities such as Interviews and any service consultations that are being run in LS. The centre is keen to continue our links with Millbrook Hospital, an acute mental health site in Mansfield and Ward B2 a similar Hospital In Bassetlaw. Recently we have been visiting the wards at Millbrook and Ward B2 to gather feedback from patients about the Ward Round.  The Ward Round is a weekly meeting with the Team looking after them led by a Consultant Psychiatrist. It is an opportunity for a  discussion on the care being given.

We are delighted Jo Fox is coming on Friday too. Jo works at Millbrook and is an acting ward manager on the Lucy Wade ward. We have worked with her in the past on a Patient Feedback Challenge project to embed feedback into the culture of our wards. Our volunteers are able to ask questions directly to guests at the centre meeting to find out what is going on in the Trust around latest developments. If you want any more information about our weekly Centre meeting (Every Friday 1pm -3pm) please contact
